ISTANBAR, India — Indian Prime Minister and former Finance Minister Rajni Khanna said Indian-style food is the “Indian way” and “Indian people’s way” when asked about the criticism of the government’s handling of the drought in Punjab.
“We have to eat the way we eat.
There is no need to talk about the other way,” Khanna told reporters.
“If we eat the Indian way, we will eat the same way.
The only difference is that we will do it more cleanly.”
